The Accuracy test bench are one of the kind test facilities that are mainly for calibrating the sizes of DN15/DN20/DN25> Calibration system used is Gravimetric calibration system. In gravimetric system, accurate weighing balance is used to collect the fluid passed though the test meter. Reference flow meter like Coriolis mass flowmeter mass or EMFwill be used for effective measurement.
It will be converted into volume and compared with the flow passed through the test meter. The temperature sensors are also used to maintain the temperature note. Minimum flow rate will be selected as per the type of test meters. Collection tank will be mounted on theUp-stream side and Down-stream side. Materials used in the above Test Bench will be strictly SS 304. A pressure loos measurement system for each Test Meter also will be adopted in this Test facility.
